Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 4+ years in paid media, audience management, or ad tech.
• Experience with DMPs/CDPs and analytics platforms.
• Strong data-driven decision making and storytelling.
• Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop audience strategies to improve paid media effectiveness across channels.
• Advise on audience activation, targeting, segmentation, suppression, and data prioritization.
• Lead delivery of audience segments to media platforms with accuracy and timeliness.
• Mentor colleagues to maintain live audiences and resolve delivery issues.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to enhance DMP/CDP and identity capabilities.
• Monitor campaign performance and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure strategies meet privacy, regulatory, and operational controls.
• Coordinate with marketers, analytics, legal, risk, and vendors.
• Develop and share audience management best practices.
