The Senior Attorney in the Transactions Practice Group of the Office of the General Counsel provides guidance on written agreements such as contracts, memoranda of understanding, leases, and grant awards. The role also covers procurement issues, contract monitoring and administration within the Department of Health.

The incumbent will interact with program staff, coordinate with Contract Administration and Purchasing, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws governing purchasing

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of public administration principles.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to conduct fact-finding research and apply laws and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Senior Attorney in the Transactions Practice Group to advise on contracts, memoranda, leases and grant awards.
• Provide guidance on procurement issues, contract monitoring, and administration.
• Advise on development and administration of procurements of property, buildings, goods and services; represent in bid protests.
