• Resolve non-litigated contractual and procurement disputes.
• Update and revise the Judicial Branch Contracting Manual (JBCM).
• Analyze risk allocation and liability in contracts and relationships.
• Assist in selecting and retaining outside counsel and negotiating fees.
• Collaborate with clients and outside counsel on transactional work and billing reviews.
