This position represents a unique opportunity for a seasoned attorney to demonstrate their proficiency in Trust and Estates, Tax Law, OR Real Estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of cases, providing legal advice to our clients, and contributing to our firm's overall growth and development. This role requires a candidate with a strong work ethic, a passion for law, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients in areas of Trust and Estates, Tax Law, or Real Estate.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored legal solutions.
• Conduct thorough legal research to ensure accurate advice and representation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as needed.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, actively seeking new opportunities to grow the firm's client base.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
• Stay abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to current cases and practice.
• Collaborate with other partners to contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the firm.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on Trust and Estates, Tax Law, and Real Estate.
• Current member in good standing with the State Bar.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse case load, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively advise clients and represent their interests.
• Proven track record in business development, with the ability to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding a team.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and learning.
