Duties:
Handle a variety of family law matters, including:
Custody
Child and spousal support
Property division
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions
Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Maintain regular and professional communication with clients
Collaborate with paralegals and attorneys in a team-focused setting
Manage multiple cases with attention to deadlines and detail
Participate in firm initiatives, training, and professional development
Stay updated on legal developments and best practices in family law
Perform additional duties or projects as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of family law experience
Active and good standing with the Colorado State Bar
Ability to manage complex family law cases independently
Litigation experience preferred (not required)
Client-focused approach with strong case management abilities
Willingness to occasionally work outside core hours based on case demands
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in Colorado
