• Using relevant information and judgment to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Department in trial and appellate work in civil and administrative cases before BAR and DOAH.
• Prepare pleadings, including administrative complaints and briefs, and attend hearings.
• Participate in oral arguments incidental to these cases.
• Advise on legal strategy and ensure compliance with applicable statutes and regulations.
