Responsibilities

• Handle settlement negotiations, pleadings, pre-trial, jury and non-jury trials, post-trial and appellate practice.
• Research and apply federal and state rules of civil procedure, evidence and substantive law.
• Provide guidance to younger attorneys and supervise staff while travel to cases as required.
