Qualifications

• Proficiency in civil, appellate, and administrative litigation.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Florida Statutes, Florida Administrative Code, and federal laws.
• Identifying complex problems and evaluating resolution options.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Department in trial and appellate work in civil and administrative cases.
• Prepare pleadings, including administrative complaints and briefs.
• Attend hearings and oral arguments incidental to these cases.
