Job summary

Job Details

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our office in Fresno.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of civil litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice, conduct research, and negotiate on behalf of clients
• Draft legal documents, take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Work closely with senior attorneys while being given appropriate autonomy in case handling

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California, and in good standing
• 5+years of civil litigation experience (personal injury is a plus)
• Strong research skills and proficiency in negotiationStrong communication skills, verbal and written
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
