Law Practice Seeks Talented Employment Defense Attorney

A growing litigation firm in San Bernardino, CA is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of civil litigation defense experience to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling labor and employment matters and/or personal injury defense, with the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility across all stages of litigation.

Job Details

• 2+ years of civil litigation defense experience.
• Active California State Bar admission
• Experience in labor & employment law and/or personal injury defense strongly preferred.
• Experience handling cases through discovery and other stages of litigation.
• Deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication and client-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
