An established, high-performing plaintiffs’ law firm is seeking a Senior Attorney prepared to lead consequential cases, shape strategy, develop talent, and help build a formidable regional practice, taking complex employment matters from intake through resolution, trial, or appeal. Attorneys are trusted to take ownership, make decisions, and lead from the front with the resources of a strong litigation team behind them.

What You’ll Lead

• Wage-and-hour class actions and FLSA collective actions.
• Single-plaintiff discrimination, retaliation, harassment, accommodation, and wrongful-termination matters.
• Case, certification, discovery, damages, and settlement strategy.

What You Bring

• Seven or more years of employment litigation experience with wage-and-hour class or collective actions and single-plaintiff employment matters.
• A strong command of litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and mediation.

Compensation

Up to $400,000 base salary, plus bonus, commensurate with experience, leadership capabilities, and demonstrated results.
