Boutique Recruiting seeks a Senior Employment Litigation Associate to manage complex employment litigation from inception to resolution in a boutique setting. You will supervise and mentor junior attorneys, draft pleadings, argue motions, take depositions, and communicate directly with clients to align case strategy.

• Preference for experience in a boutique firm or transition from a larger firm.

Salary Range: $270,000 - $270,000 / Year DOE
