Job summary
TekSynap is seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert on the Applications Team to lead enterprise collaboration tools. You will provide strategic guidance and advanced configuration for Atlassian Data Center apps (Jira Software, JSM, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Crowd) and other COTS platforms, within an Agile/SAFe environment.

Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application configuration, systems integration, or collaboration platform support, with emphasis on Atlassian products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading user training and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead the configuration, extension, and enterprise integration of Atlassian Data Center applications, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Crowd.
