Apex Fintech Solutions is hiring an Enterprise Apps Engineer II to own administration, automation, and continuous improvement of our SaaS stack. You will manage Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence as mission-critical platforms, while extending to Zoom, Slack, Okta, and Microsoft 365.

You will translate ambiguous operational challenges into scalable solutions using scripting and automation, designing sophisticated workflows, governance, and integrations across Engineering,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering Atlassian Cloud platforms (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence).
• Strong scripting & automation skills for scalable SaaS operations.
• Ability to design complex workflows and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize Atlassian Cloud platforms to meet evolving business needs.
• Design complex workflows, automation rules, and integration with identity providers and development tools.
• Lead platform upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices across security and compliance.
• Partner with Security and Compliance to meet enterprise standards.
