Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive revenue in ticketing, donations, and hospitality for University of Miami Athletics. You will identify prospects, engage donors, and nurture revenue streams while reporting to the Director of Ticket Sales.

Responsibilities include prospecting, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and coordinating with the Athletic Department to promote ticket sales and fan experiences. Evening and weekend events are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 2–3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling 5‑ and 6‑figure ticketing and donation deals preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and upsell donor/ticketing opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional image and positive attitude.
• Ability to manage new business inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Optimistic, team‑oriented mindset with client‑facing experience.
• Effective communication with C‑level clients.

Responsibilities

• Offer seating opportunities for Miami Hurricanes Football, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, and Baseball.
• Coordinate prospecting activities: cold calls, referrals, database leads, partner organizations.
• Identify prospects, provide service, and drive revenue through ticket and donation sales.
• Maintain a pipeline via outbound activities, appointments, networking, and lead generation.
• Record client interactions in Salesforce CRM and participate in sales meetings.
• Collaborate with Athletic Department to promote ticket sales and fan experience.
• Entertain and nurture donor relationships through events, visits, and engagements.
• Work nontraditional hours, weekends, events, and game days.
