Job summary

On is seeking an Athlete Services Specialist to drive the operational engine behind our athlete ecosystem. You will streamline seeding logistics, product forecasting, and on-site event experiences, ensuring seamless support for world-class athletes and Athlete Managers alike.

You will coordinate onboarding, manage travel calendars, and oversee financial coordination with vendors to maintain a smooth operational flow across regional and global activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations with order-entry workflows and forecasting.
• Hands-on with ERP/RPA systems and data management tools.
• Proven ability to work across product, marketing, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage RPA inputs and end-to-end tracking for seeding, kit drops, and product orders, coordinating with Demand Planners.
• Coordinate and deliver on-site event logistics and high-value gatherings, including athlete gifting and milestones.
• Oversee onboarding support and event-based communication to integrate athletes into On’s ecosystem.
• Track athlete calendars and travel schedules to align product needs with timelines.
• Process invoices and coordinate finances for athletes and external vendors.
