Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Senior IC Design/ATE testing engineer in the United States. You will apply your 8+ years of experience in IC design, ATE testing, and strong debugging skills to drive robust testing flows on Teradyne/Advantest 93K platforms.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and demonstrated ability in DFT techniques (SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, IOBIST) and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant IC design, application or ATE testing experience.
• Hands-on Teradyne/Advantest 93K ATE platform (SmarTest 8) experience required.
