Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Senior IC Design/ATE testing engineer in the United States. You will apply your 8+ years of experience in IC design, ATE testing, and strong debugging skills to drive robust testing flows on Teradyne/Advantest 93K platforms.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and demonstrated ability in DFT techniques (SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, IOBIST) and cross-functional collaboration.

Job description

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of relevant experience in IC Design, application or ATE testing of VLSI.
• Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Teradyne/Advantest 93K ATE platform (SmarTest 8) is essential
• Critical thinking, good communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent debugging and analytical skills
• Understanding of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST and IOBIST.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Knowledge of active thermal management
• Product engineering experience, such as yield analysis, vmin/fmax characterization, defect analysis
• Linux operating systems, and programming languages such as Perl/Python and/or C/C++, Java
