Job summary

Arm is seeking a Staff Test Engineer in Austin, TX to define, develop, validate, and deploy secure provisioning flows for semiconductor manufacturing on ATE. Responsibilities

• Own test enablement for upcoming silicon projects on ATE strategy and test flow development.
• Drive first-silicon bring-up on ATE with daily progress reporting and issue triage.
• Define ATE characterization plans across voltage, temperature, and margins.
• Develop and maintain ATE test methods, flows, and production test content.
• Guide ATE hardware development with vendors and OSATs.
