Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Senior ATE Security Engineer to own secure device provisioning and test security across Advantest 93K and Teradyne UltraFLEX platforms. You will design reusable libraries, automate test programs, and collaborate with ASIC, DFT, security, and firmware teams to ensure secure provisioning and manufacturability.

The role requires 7+ years in silicon test/security, strong Python/C/C++ skills, and a track record of leading security reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE or equivalent.
• 7+ years in silicon test, security engineering, or test software.
• Experience with device security and secure provisioning during test (OTP/eFuse).
• Proficient in Python and/or C/C++ and reusable code.
• Experience with Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX.
• Willing to travel internationally during release phases.

Responsibilities

• Own device security and secure provisioning during test.
• Develop and qualify OTP/eFuse programming flows.
• Integrate ATE flows with secure provisioning systems and HSMs.
• Develop and validate JTAG and debug-access flows.
• Design and maintain reusable ATE libraries and tooling.
• Create pattern search and test-program generation utilities.
• Lead security reviews and set best practices.
• Collaborate with ASIC design, DFT, security, and firmware teams.
• Drive risk identification and resolution through product lifecycle.
