Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior ATE Security Engineer to secure provisioning and test automation for a high-profile silicon project. You will own secure device provisioning, perform OTP/eFuse programming, and develop reusable ATE libraries to accelerate test development across the team.

You will collaborate with ASIC design, DFT, security, and firmware teams to ensure secure provisioning, design-for-test, and cost-effective manufacturing. Strong software and cryptography skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in silicon test, security engineering, or test software.
• Experience with device security and secure provisioning during test.
• Knowledge of encryption, cryptographic keys, and secure channels.
• Strong software skills in Python and/or C/C++.
• Experience on Advantest 93K and Teradyne UltraFLEX platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own device security and secure provisioning during test.
• Develop OTP/eFuse programming flows and ensure repeatability.
• Integrate ATE flows with key-management infrastructure.
• Develop reusable ATE libraries and tooling for test acceleration.
• Design utilities for pattern search and auto-generation of tests.
• Lead security reviews and drive best practices across teams.
• Run firmware on DUTs to enable secure provisioning and self-test.
