Job summary

Amazon Leo seeks a Senior ATE Security Software Engineer to own secure device provisioning and test security across Advantest 93K and Teradyne UltraFLEX platforms in Sunnyvale, CA. You will design reusable library code and tooling to accelerate test development, and collaborate across security, DFT, firmware, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of silicon test, security engineering, or test software development.
• Experience with device security and secure provisioning during test (OTP/eFuse).
• Fundamentals of encryption, cryptographic keys, and secure communication channels.
• Strong Python/C/C++ and building reusable, well-architected code.
• Experience on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX.
• Strong written and verbal communication; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own device security and secure provisioning, including secure boot and cryptographic provisioning.
• Develop, qualify OTP/eFuse programming flows across process/voltage/temperature.
• Integrate ATE flows with secure provisioning systems and HSMs.
• Develop and validate JTAG and debug-access flows for post-provisioned units.
• Design and maintain reusable ATE library code and tooling.
• Create utilities for pattern search, sub-flow generation, and test-program generation.
• Architect libraries for reusability and maintainability with good software practices.
• Run firmware on DUTs to enable secure provisioning and reduced test time.
• Collaborate with ASIC design, DFT, security, and firmware teams to meet Amazon standards.
• Identify gaps in security/test-readiness and drive resolutions.
• Lead technical and security reviews and set best practices.
