Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BEng in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of hardware engineering or related work experience, with leadership experience.
• Experience with ATE test programs and test methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of hardware security test engineers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align objectives with business goals.
• Develop test programs on ATE platforms (Advantest 93K) in Java and VB.
• Analyze test results to improve yield, test time, and security.
• Drive debug efforts for chip fusing functionality and yield issues.
• Develop advanced validation tools and digital circuitry support for on-board boot and security requirements.
