Job summary

Amazon Leo Silicon Team in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Senior ATE Security Engineer to lead secure provisioning and test automation for custom silicon powering the Leo constellation.

You will own secure device provisioning on Advantest 93K and Teradyne UltraFLEX, develop reusable ATE libraries, and collaborate with ASIC design, security, and firmware teams to ensure secure, testable, and manufacturable solutions at high volume. Travel may be required during release phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in silicon test, security engineering, or test software development.
• Experience with device security and OTP/eFuse provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Own device security and secure provisioning during test, including secure boot and cryptographic provisioning.
• Develop, own, and qualify OTP/eFuse programming flows across process, voltage, and temperature.
• Integrate ATE flows with secure provisioning systems and key-management infrastructure.
• Develop and validate JTAG and debug-access flows for post-provisioned units.
• Design, build, and maintain reusable ATE library code and tooling.
• Architect libraries and frameworks for reusability and scale.
• Run firmware on DUTs to enable secure provisioning and self-test.
• Partner with ASIC design, DFT, security, and firmware teams to ensure secure provisioning.
