Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Accounting, 3+ years of accounting experience (public accounting preferred), and CPA licensure in progress. Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software is expected.

• Experience supervising and coordinating teams is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform full cycle general accounting and light consulting for housing clients.
• Review work products to meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Research program regulations and present findings to clients.
• Lead preparation and submission of housing subsidy applications and funding.
• Provide HUD financial reporting and compliance support.
• Prepare draft financial information and reports for review.
• Coordinate engagement planning, budgeting, and time entry.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and data.
