Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Assurance Experienced Senior to coordinate day-to-day audit activities, from planning through wrap-up, including preparing financial statements with disclosures and applying GAAP. You will serve as the client contact for basic questions and may review procedures with engagement teams.

The role requires CPA track/eligibility, strong leadership, and the ability to manage fieldwork under SEC/PCAOB and GAAS guidelines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics; CPA route or CPA plus degree preferred.
• Three+ years of prior audit experience in public accounting, industry, or consulting.
• CPA exam eligibility and active pursuit of completion required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, fieldwork and wrap-up of audits, including GAAP application and disclosures.
• Supervise audit staff, review workpapers, and communicate findings to seniors and management.
• Act as client contact for basic questions and ensure timely, compliant audit deliverables.
