BDO USA, LLP is seeking an experienced Assurance Senior to coordinate day-to-day audit duties, applying GAAP, and validating control systems. You will act as the client contact and may engage in reviews and agreed-upon procedures engagements.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of SEC/PCAOB regulations, and ability to supervise audit staff through planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up stages in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Three or more years of prior audit experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics, required.
• CPA exam eligibility required; CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC/PCAOB regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day audit duties including planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up.
• Read and review client SEC filings for accuracy and test support in workpapers.
• Plan and execute internal control testing (Section 404) and document deficiency assessments.
• Prepare communications to clients and Audit Committee; supervise staff and review workpapers.
