Job summary

Etherio is seeking a Sr. Association Manager to engage with members on a range of issues, support cost allocation and invoicing processes, and oversee large data mapping projects. The role also involves financial statement support, data analysis, and coordination with Etherio Accounting.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, show strong communication and Excel skills, and can manage multiple projects in a hybrid work environment. Travel is limited, and Salesforce experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including public speaking.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analysis and transformation capabilities.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret financial data.
• Exceptional data analysis and analytical skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and deadlines.
• Experience using Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual invoicing process – data acquisition and mapping, coordinating with portal developer/vendor, troubleshooting, and member interactions.
• Develop fee estimates and invoices for new members.
• Respond to calls/emails about invoicing/cost allocation.
• Manage self-reported data and payments in Salesforce; generate required reports.
• Coordinate payment processing and posting with Etherio Accounting.
• Track unpaid members and payment-plan follow-ups; generate plan invoices in Salesforce.
• Revise invoices in Salesforce as needed; prepare monthly cash receipts reconciliations.
• Support ad hoc invoicing and finance projects as needed.
