Strong drafting, deposition, and motion skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in wage and hour litigation
• Experience with FLSA class/collective actions essential
• Ability to draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Experience taking and defending depositions and motion practice
• Writing samples demonstrating proficiency required

Responsabilités

• Litigate wage and hour class/collective actions under FLSA
• Draft and argue motions including decertification, and respond to pleadings
• Manage multiple client matters in a fast-paced environment and coordinate discovery
