Fisher Phillips’ Dallas office seeks a Senior Associate to join our Wage and Hour Litigation team. This role targets attorneys with 5+ years of experience to handle significant client-facing work and grow the practice. The ideal candidate will be versed in wage-and-hour class/collective actions under the FLSA and in interpreting DOL guidance, with strong writing and analytical skills.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. We welcome resumes from search firms for this position.

Qualifications

• Extensive wage-and-hour litigation experience under FLSA.
• Experience drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery.
• Drafting and arguing motions, including decertification, and taking depositions.
• Submit writing samples demonstrating proficiency.
