• The role provides an opportunity for attorneys with class/collective action litigation experience to engage in important client-facing work immediately.
• Responsibilities include handling employment and/or wage and hour litigation from inception through resolution, specifically drafting pleadings, managing written and electronic discovery (including e-discovery strategy), drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, leading or substantially participating in mediations and trials, and mentoring junior attorneys.
• The firm considers senior litigators from other defense-side complex litigation practices who have a strong interest in developing an employment law practice.
