Embark is seeking a Senior Associate to perform financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, gathering data, performing analyses, and documenting key adjustments. You will prepare agendas for client meetings and communicate with senior leaders daily.

The role requires 2–4 years in Big 4/public accounting, CPA preferred, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. A passion for accuracy and collaboration is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• CPA designation preferred.
• 2–4 years of Big 4/public accounting experience with audits and related services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Build agendas and meeting points with client/target teams.
• Identify accounting issues and deal risks including EBITDA and net working capital adjustments.
• Communicate with internal and external leaders daily.
• Coach and develop junior staff.
• Participate in firm initiatives and recruiting.
