Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Senior Associate in Financial Due Diligence within the Deal Advisory practice. You will participate in buy-side and sell-side engagements for Fortune 1000 companies, private equity investors, and lenders, delivering rigorous financial analyses.

You will interface with senior client and target executives, analyze data to identify earnings quality, liabilities, and risks that affect valuation and negotiations, and help shape deal economics.

Qualifications

  • Three years’ experience in accounting, advisory, audit, or transaction services with a top public accounting firm.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, M&A, or transaction services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
