Embark is seeking an Advisory Senior Consultant in its Financial Advisory practice in Houston to support financial reporting, technical accounting, and M&A activities. You will collaborate with Associates and Senior Associates to ensure timely, accurate client deliverables across multiple advisory facets.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in Big 4/public accounting or corporate accounting, and CPA or CPA candidate status, with strong U.S. GAAP/IFRS knowledge and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Big 4/public accounting/consulting and/or corporate accounting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS is implied by the role.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial reporting matters, technical accounting, analysis, M&A, or accounting function transformation.
• Work closely with clients and team members to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
• Support multiple aspects of financial advisory, transactions, and strategy.
