Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years of experience in transaction advisory, audit, or related financial advisory services.
• Experience in a CPA firm or professional services environment is necessary.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
