Job summary

CohnReznick in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Associate for Transaction Advisory Services. You will support buy-side and sell-side due diligence, analyze financial statements, and identify earnings stability across manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, tech, and healthcare sectors.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, strong Excel/PowerPoint, CPA preferred, and 2+ years in audit or transaction advisory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• CPA and other relevant professional certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, and M&A.
• 2+ years of audit and/or transaction advisory experience.
• Willingness to travel to clients and work extra hours.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic buyers.
• Analyze historical financials and operating trends to identify sustainable earnings across industries.
• Coordinate with team and management on client expectations, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Write and present engagement reports and deliverables to client management.
