Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Manager to join its Transaction Advisory Services group in the San Francisco office. You will lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements and interact with clients and cross-functional teams across levels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, CPA or related certifications preferred, and 5+ years in audit or TAS, with travel as needed and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• CPA certification preferred or related professional certifications.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, and M&A.
• 5+ years of audit or transaction advisory experience.
• Willingness to travel and work additional hours as needed.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and multi-project coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic buyers.
• Analyze historical financial statements and operational trends to identify sustainable earnings across multiple industries.
• Coordinate with team and management on client expectations, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Effectively write and communicate engagement reports and deliverables to client management.
