Job summary

Embark is seeking a Senior Associate in our Phoenix office to lead financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions. You’ll gather data, perform analyses, and communicate findings to client and target leadership.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Accounting, CPA preferred, 2–4 years in Big 4/public accounting with audits, plus 1+ year in transaction services/due diligence. Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and strong writing are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• CPA designation is preferred.
• 2–4 years in Big 4/public accounting with audits and related services.
• At least 1+ year in transaction services/due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Prepare agendas and discussion points for client meetings.
• Identify adjustments for EBITDA and net working capital.
• Interact with internal and external leaders daily.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to recruiting.
