Job summary

Embark is seeking an Advisory Senior Consultant to join our Financial Advisory practice. You will report to the leadership of the financial advisory division and work with Associates and Senior Associates across client engagements.

You’ll contribute to financial reporting, technical accounting, M&A analysis, and accounting function transformation, collaborating with clients to deliver timely, accurate results in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Big 4/public accounting/consulting and/or corporate accounting.
CPA or CPA candidate
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS.
Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
Keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
High sense of urgency and initiative; ability to multi-task.
Willingness to travel on-site to clients as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist with financial reporting matters, technical accounting, analysis, M&A, or accounting function transformation in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
Work closely with clients and other associates to gain exposure to multiple aspects of financial advisory, transactions, and strategy.
