Job summary

Clearview Outpatient LLC in Pasadena, CA is seeking an Associate Therapist II for full-time, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization settings. You will provide individual, family and group therapy, assess client needs, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Requires a master’s degree in social work, marriage & family therapy, counseling or psychology, and a provisional clinical license in California, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology.
• Provisional clinical license in California in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge plans.
• Maintains timely documentation in accordance with state and accrediting guidelines.
• Coordinates care with multidisciplinary team and external partners.
• Responds to clients with empathy and maintains professional boundaries.
