Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual psychotherapy to clients.
• Lead group psychotherapy sessions, developing topics based on client needs and evidence-based practices.
• Manage up to 25 client-facing service hours per week with up to 15 hours for admin/non-billable duties.
• Responsible for therapeutic care from admission through discharge.
• Complete suicide risk assessments and Crisis Safety Plans for at-risk clients.
• May support additional programs remotely or at nearby locations.
• Participate in weekly clinical meetings to assist treatment planning and goal setting.
• Create and update weekly treatment plans and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with counselors to coordinate care and address client concerns.
• Facilitate connection, communication, and conflict resolution among staff and clients.
