Job summary

Clearview Outpatient LLC in Pasadena, CA seeks an Associate Therapist II to deliver individual, family and group therapy within an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization program.

You will assess needs, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with clients and families The role requires a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology, plus a provisional CA license and at least two years of mental health experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology.
• Provisional clinical license in California in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, family and group therapy for clients in IOP and PHP.
• Assesses client needs, develops treatment plans, and facilitates sessions.
• Coordinates care with clients, team members, and external partners.
• Documents in compliance with state, accreditation and payor guidelines.
