Job summary

Clearview Outpatient LLC is seeking an Associate Therapist II for its Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs in California. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress and discharge planning.

The role requires a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or psychology, a California provisional clinical license, and at least two years

Qualifications

Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology.
Provisional clinical license in California.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with clients having a primary mental health diagnosis.

Responsibilities

Facilitates group, family and individual therapy sessions as part of the clinical program.
Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge documents per guidelines.
Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate client care from admission to discharge.
Maintains therapeutic relationships with clients and communicates progress to families and referral sources.
