• 6–10 years’ experience working on executive search projects.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to prioritize under tight deadlines and shifting client needs.
• Discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word and Excel for presentations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Practice MDs and Consultants to execute live searches.
• Conduct market mapping, sourcing and candidate screening.
• Take detailed notes and maintain CRM data; manage expectations.
• Assist Consultants with marketing, pitching and candidate management.
• Engage in outreach, client updates, and written client-ready materials.
• Support business development through research and presentations.
