Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Headhunter Senior for its technology-focused practice in Mexico City. You will lead executive searches, build strong client and candidate relationships, and drive end-to-end recruitment for software, data, security, and IT leadership roles.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in tech executive search, deep market intelligence, and the ability to negotiate offers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in executive search or recruitment with tech specialization.
• Proven success in placing senior‑level tech roles (CTO, VP Eng, Lead Devs).
• Extensive tech industry network in Mexico.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of executive tech recruitment from briefing to offer.
• Conduct market research to identify target companies and candidates.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of technology professionals.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed insights and recommendations.
