Job summary

Booking Holdings, a world leader in online travel, seeks a Senior Manager for Sustainable Procurement to drive supplier engagement and Scope 3 priorities across U.S. brands.

You will embed sustainability into sourcing, governance, and reporting while coordinating with Global Source-to-Contract and brand-led Procure-to-Pay teams. The role requires 8+ years with S2P platforms and ESG experience, plus strong financial acumen to advance sustainable procurement goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with source-to-pay platforms (e.g., Ivalua, Coupa, SAP/Ariba).
• Experience implementing S2P platforms.
• Experience with ESG frameworks and GHG emissions reporting.
• Outstanding communication skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced financial acumen to develop business cases for sustainable procurement goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier engagement and Scope 3 priorities across the US brands.
• Integrate sustainability requirements into sourcing and supplier-management processes.
• Establish governance, reporting, and performance metrics for sustainable procurement.
• Connect Global Source-to-Contract with brand-led Procure-to-Pay teams to standardise processes.
• Help collect and define US brands’ procurement needs for global design, including 2027 rollout of S2P tools.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change management across Procurement, Sustainability, and US brands.
