Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Senior Associate in the Capital Solutions group within Audit & Assurance. The role focuses on lender due diligence, Regulation AB compliance, and advising on asset-based lending and ABS transactions.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in accounting, advisory, financial audit, or transaction services.
• Strong business writing skills with client deliverables experience.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting, M&A or transaction services.

Responsibilities

• Provide lender due diligence and Regulation AB compliance services.
• Coordinate engagement teams and liaise with clients.
• Participate in business development efforts with targets.
• Design tests to identify weaknesses and improve ABS servicer controls.
• Evaluate loan opportunities and advise on financing transactions.
• Supervise a team of up to four associates and review deliverables.
