KPMG LLP is seeking a Senior Associate in Financial Due Diligence within our Deal Advisory practice in the United States. The role involves supporting buy-side and sell-side engagements, delivering financial and commercial due diligence, and providing accounting advisory services including IPO support and carve-outs.

Formación

• Minimum three years experience in accounting, advisory, financial audit, or transaction services at a Top Ten public accounting firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA eligible; CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, M&A, or transaction services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and commercial due diligence and accounting advisory services.
• Interface with senior executives of clients and target companies.
• Analyze and synthesize data to identify trends, quality of earnings, working capital considerations, and potential liabilities affecting valuation and negotiations.
• Create tailored transaction advisory reports addressing normalized earnings, valuation inputs, and debt considerations.
