Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA eligibility; CPA preferred.
  • Strong knowledge in US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, M&A or transaction services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements and related services.
  • Interface with senior executives of clients and target companies.
  • Analyze data to identify historical and projected financial trends, quality of earnings, and liabilities affecting valuation.
  • Create tailored transaction advisory reports on normalized earnings, assumptions, and financing considerations.
