Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an operations, finance, or administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Loan IQ or Oracle Lease Management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and ongoing management of structured asset financing transactions from booking to maturity.
• Book transactions, manage billing for rent, interest, and principal, and monitor cash receipts and covenants.
• Coordinate and execute new deals with structuring, origination, and legal teams.
• Observe and contribute to the full deal lifecycle in a cross-functional environment.
